If you could take back anything in life, what is it.

MyLot is way more effective when you write out posts that are more than one sentence in length. Try to go for 4 or 5 sentences at the least and then ask a question to get responses. You could explain a bit more about why you are molded by everything from your past. That will help your posts a lot, not trying to be mean just trying to help.
