Going to see the dentist to take out your decay teeth is very nervous and sometime we delay our visit to the clinic.
The moment I opened the mouth and get injected, my fingers all folded together in fist like an angry bird.
They will give you some pain killer and cotton to stop the blood bleeding. I don't like this way.
Until one day, I found 1 method. After removing my tooth, I went home. Took an ice cube , remove the cotton in my mouth and put the ice in my mouth. Keep on taking new ice cube until there is no bleeding. There is no sign of blood in your mouth. (or you can use ice cream too)
After one hour, I could enjoy my food already.
Its awesome!

3 times I remove my teeth and using ice cube. I went home to take a cool shower. Using cool towel near the place. I think the blood will stop quickly because of the colds, blood flow more when hot ( my understanding).

@Chungshop You are correct. If you apply heat or take a hot shower you will lose more blood.

I will not be allowed to lift heavy objects after the dentist pull out my teeth. It is because it will increase the chance of bleeding. I also do not like going to dentist during those times because I know how painful it will be.

I remember as a kid on my first tooth extraction I had an ice cream right after. It's a common knowledge that ice stops bleeding and we have been doing that for ages. But instead of an ice cube, we eat ice cream.
