Admiration

There is a lady in my neighborhood. She looks to be maybe 60. She gets up and jogs every morning. I see her when I take my son to school, or go to work. She is a faithful runner and I admire that. There is also a couple they are probably in their 60's as well. They get out and walk every morning. Even when it is raining they are walking together. Its kind of romantic. I would love to get to the point, where I am running everyday. Where I feel like my day wont be right without running. Do you run or walk everyday?

Wow that is admirable. I myself don't run but I do take a daily pleasure walk, simply to release stress and enjoy spring

I was always jogging everyday but at the end got tired, I respect those old men and women who jog everyday without getting tired

That is good that you were doing it everyday. I respect them as well. I hope when I get that age I am able to run and walk regularly.

I used to do a bit of running but can't anymore. I do walk still but it isn't easy, but I do it.

I found a walking group on meetupcom. If I commit to a walk with them, I get a walk. I find it hard to make myself get out there. But sometimes I do. Those people you see every day are worth admiring.
