Happy Saturday

It's an overcast Saturday here in my little corner of the myLot world. We're supposed to get showers throughout the day which means either a lazy relaxing day or all I'll hear is moaning and groaning that the grandkids are bored.
I love weekends and hate them at the same time. I'm a creature of habit and like a routine but my daughter and family like to enjoy the weekend and just wing it (so to speak).
I'm already up and have done my morning ritual and my mom is settled for the morning. The rest of the family are just starting to stir and will be coming downstairs to tear the kitchen apart looking for breakfast. They aren't fussy but it is a bit chaotic while they are all deciding on what to eat.
I do enjoy having life back in the house once again but some days I miss having the house to myself especially the kitchen that I like to keep neat & orderly.

It's an overcast day here with possible showers and thunderstorms. I hope it last today and not tomorrow as my party is tomorrow but only time will tell. I enjoy having the house to myself too but I also love when I have company. My sister and niece are coming down tonight again and spending the night so they can be here for my party. It'll be nice to have the company. Hope you enjoy your weekend.

I am! It is fairly warm in our place but the family is complete so we are enjoying our togetherness.

Yesterday was a bit cloudy and a little windy, but warm and an overall nice day. Hubby was gone racing, so I had the house to myself. I took a nap around noon as I wasn't feeling well. Today looks like it will be about the same.
I love it when my grandkids are here, but they sure can make a mess!
