I try to keep my eye open all year for things I think my friends and family would enjoy getting and sometimes I have all my holiday shopping done quite early, but sometimes I'm stuck for ideas at the last minute. I usually make some gifts as well - ornaments for the holiday tree one year, this year I'm making Hot Pack Rice Bags for everyone.

I didn't know about Goodwill's website or the other info; will check that out. I buy gifts all year long when I find them on sale, and I always go out the day after Christmas and grab all the 50%-75% off Christmas stuff that I can find (candles, decorations, etc.) and have that for the next year.
