Orange is a favorite fruit of many people throughout the world. This is a very nice fruit meant to be eaten in winter and also in summer though we call it a winter favorite. The fruit is having low calories, rich in vitamin.C, and has got many properties of lowering the risk of many diseases.
Vitamin C supplement: The human being is unable to produce Vitamin C and as such he has to depend on external diet supplements. Orange is rich in vitamin C. As such it is necessary to include it in your diet.
This is an excellent source of fiber and helps in the bowel movement and good for digestion. It has got the property of moderating sugar level. As such even the diabetic patients also can have this fruit without any fear.
The foleic Acid present in Orange improves the quality of human sperm and other locomotive abilities.
It also checks the formation of kidney stones. Of course, this has not been established yet. But, for kiney problems the banana stem is an excellent one and every other thing is only next to the banana stem.
It activates the memory and brain functioning.
