You may have seen or read about Superfoods and how healthy they are, and it's true they are healthy as they are full of nutrients and vitamins. However, there are no "miracle food" that will make you drop 10 kilos in one week, that's not the right approach

these types of food are really expensive in my country. I'd like to try green tea though. I've been hearing so many good stuff about it.
