This morning I have decided to change my routine a bit and go for my little walk earlier than usual. Now I look at the clock and it's almost 10 and I am so happy that my walk is behind me.
It is supposed to be a gorgeous day and I want to take advantage of it and do a lot of gardening. Gardening is my favorite activity in the Spring and all the way to the cold days.
I find gardening and walking sure help to keep me of a happy mind.

Being outside makes me happy too My neighbors have been planting flowers in pots on their decks and it's starting to look like spring has finally sprung. My flower pot is still empty and I'm hoping to be able to get some pretty flowers planted this week.

I don't walk any further than I have to and gardening is minimal. I just picked a bunch of stuff from the garden - does that count as gardening? It's very sunny and warm here but so so so windy. Have a good day.

If the sun were out today I would be outside working my garden. Still have flowers to plant, plus my tomatoes and pumpkins.

@marlina The sun is out now. I started digging up a bed before I had to get lunch for my manchild. LOL.

A recent study showed that things like walking, hiking, actually affect the brain in more ways than one thinks. The area of depression, stress, worries is less active and happy hormones are more present. I enjoy walking myself and gardening. Have a great day!

Gardening and walking are two good things. For me jogging and sleeping are two great things for relax as well. Especially when Yoh don't have enough time to sleep. Sleep is a treasure .

It is nice that you got your walk out of the way early. I love to garden too, and have been doing a good bit of it lately.

It seems I have been here before - Gardens are a great relief for the mind and soul, but walking is too . . but i seem to get my to-do-list in order when I walk then I walk faster to get home sooner to do the to-do-list - I am my own worst enemy
