Apples: They not only help you in the weight loss but also in maintaining effectively the blood cholesterol.
These are rich in fiber and low in calories.
Cabbage: It contains only 17 calories in a serving.This should be cooked in Olive Oil and seasoned with herbs. It reduces your calorie intake and also reduces your appetite.
Oats: It is high in nutrients and fiber.Avoid sugar toppings as they are having a high number of calories.The main pointed that should be kept in mind is that do not use any added flavors or any synthetic ingredients while consuming it as a part of your meal.

I love cabbage, but it puts so much gas on my stomach. I wished I knew how to cook it in such a way, to get rid of the gas issue.

Good information. A tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed in a cup of water every morning will also help to lose weight. Green juices packed with fiber also burn fat. No carbs after a certain time (5pm) helps as well. Just avoid sugar and a lot of wheat altogether and the pounds will shed.
