Black Friday Sales

Do you shop on the day after Thanksgiving for all the sales and what is the earliest time you have been to a store for these sales?
I have never done so but today I had to be to work at 6:30am for the big sale. I do not enjoy fighting crowds for sales. I drove past the mall and the parking lot was full at that early hour.

I never take part in this. Most of the sales that happened today you can catch anytime of the year if you watch the sales. I think people who prepare in advance for Christmas avoid the malls during the holiday season and get just as good - if not better - bargains.

The parking lot at the mall was full but the streets were almost empty at 6:15am. I had to work at my job and it wasn't too bad. I was able to get several pairs of work pants for $6.99 each. Cool! Plus I got overtime. I am like you and I don't like to shop on this day of all days.
