Disposable Blender! :(

I hop and I pop, and I blow the house down... Would have been more acceptable for a new blender to only be used once. We started a franchise business, and on the first day we opened for a coconut milk shake, in less than an hour there were already around 10 customers who bought. Until the accident happened! We forgot to remove the stainless spoon which did not only damaged the blades of the blender but broke the pitchers glass. Waaahhh just look at the picture. Have you ever had any kitchen accidents lately?

i hope no one was hurt. sounds like you have a promising product. maybe use a spoon with a longer handle just for stirring so workers will remember to take it out?

@cacay1 yes, she did say they had a second but smaller blender. i'm sure they'll buy a new one and will be more careful in their process. we all go through growing pains/periods of adjustment when we start anything new and learn along the way.

@hereandthere, What a mess, they already had many customers and the accident happened. There should be 2 or 3 blenders to take over.

I planned to respond to your broken blender but my mind is moving towards , how to make coconut milk shake. It sounds so yum and nutritious. And yeah, I recently locked my pitcher to the blender but my son was calling me and in hurry burry I forgot to put the lid , what a mess I did to my kitchen ;) can't explain in that details.
