Google Account disabled due to suspicious activity

My niece asked me today regarding her Gmail account. When I tried to logged in to her account (with her permission of course). This appears "Google account disabled due to suspicious activity" and "We've detected unusual activity. For your protection, we've disabled your account." Does it happen to you? Please help how we can regain the account. Thanks
