My favorite Mexican place changed their salsa recipe!

I went out for Mexican yesterday, and the last time I had the salsa there, I thought it was simply fantastic. However, it tasted different when I went there yesterday, and it just wasn't as good. I asked the waitress if they had changed the recipe and she said no..was the same as they have always been making it...hmmph...I was thinking no it's not,,,but oh well..maybe who ever mixed it didn't do it the same way. Have you ever had something like that happen at a restaurant?

Oh, the exact thing happened at a Mexican restaurant that I had been a regular at. I LOVE guacamole, and am a stickler when it comes to the spice and the consistency. When the change happened, it just threw off the whole meal.

yeah, and they claimed it was the same...it was not! It may have been a different person making the salsa or they changed their formula a bit or something.

Maybe it was the quality of the vegetable used.
