Aren't You Tired Of Posting Discussions And Did Not Get a Single Comment From Anyone?

This is one of my comment in one of the discussions posted here in myLot.
I am not being rude (maybe in a way), I am just being frank and honest.
I am just tired (okay, a little) of seeing (and sometimes reading) discussions with no comments....from the same people.
I myself don't know how to respond on many of them. For me, those discussions are like tr*sh. Well, sorry for that word but that\s what i am feeling towards those anyway.
I (and I think, We) am/are open to comment on discussions with no response. As long as you will not repeat your annoying mistake, you will not ruin mylot.
So the next time you will post, make sure SOME or at least two people can relate so that they can respond to your discussion.
Mylot is a great place to interact. Not to ignore. So please!

articles can get overlooked - it happens and often has no bearing on the quality of the articles

@cacay1 I respond to them when they comment on my post, but I won't pursue a someone who only writes one or two sentences. I need something to draw me into a post, and two sentences isn't enough of a draw or gives me much to comment on.

It is sometimes hard to think of something to say. I always do my best to respond to what I read,

I saw one discussion yesterday and it was like a spam, or something? Although there were some who commented, I think the author was rude in commenting back. I checked the discussion again and now it is gone, maybe the admin deleted it. It was a question and the content was the answer itelf

Well others posting this new discussion thought they will get a response. Some post hoping it will get a response. It might be trash to some people but then maybe its not trash to the one writing it. Maybe there was something wrong with the way they post it that it makes his discusion difficult to comprehend.. I do have some post that got ignored.. And so i opt for just commenting on post. But i do visit the post with no response to see if there are things i cn understand there.

I'm not sure you need to tell a person who continuously initiates discussions and never get responses to stop doing it. Seems like sooner or later they would get bored and stop it in their own.
What attracted me to myLot was the fact that I didn't have to start a conversation. There were enough people talking about stuff that was interesting enough for me to comment on.
So to the newbies my advice is:
- You earn money for interacting. If people aren't leaving responses at your discussions, go leave responses at theirs.

@trivia79 - Uuummm ... actually I didn't do the math. So I don't know. I didn't calculate. But logically, earning more money from the interaction made from MY discussions? That doesn't make any sense.
The stats on my profile show that I am far more active at this site providing comments and responses. My earnings show an increase practically every time I sign in. I usually initiate maybe one or 2 discussions sporadically. That is to say ... whenever I feel like it. Which means sometimes when I sign in, I may or may not even initiate a discussion.
I almost always leave responses or comments each time I sign in. My discussions that I initiated don't exactly get flooded with comments and lots of interactions. So? It looks like my earnings are coming from me commenting at other people's discussions and not from my own discussions. That's what it looks like.

@cmoneyspinner actually that statement of mine is based on my observation and experience.
i am just a bout a week old here before when i tried to observe the earning algorithm and that is one of my observations.

I can post many discussions a day but I want to respond to others.
However, sadly, few have been posting just for the sake of posting. If they care to read them, they will know they do not make sense at all.
Even if our language skills are not up to scratch, we can still be clear in what we want to say and try to improve over time.
I too try my best to respond but some cry to be skipped - siva
