Have you visited a dermatologist lately?.she might have answer to your queries about that dry patch of your skin. I think that would be a wise thing to do for you to be worry free alrweady of what is it on your skin.

It sounds like ezcema, my daughter has that. I use coconut oil on it and that helps.
