On another note, I am sure most of you are aware by now (if you had been following me) that I am currently going through a court case related to my being fired for an absurd and inexcussable reason. Today was the conference with the judge today to try to see if we could win my benefits back. The insurance agency that I am up against never called back (beacsue they were out of state they had to be connected via phone) the judge called her twice and it was a good thing she didnt answer.. I won this round and they are required to start paying me my benefits again. I am sure they will try to appeal which is fine but I have at least one more court hearing to re establish my medical care in which I will probably have to make a deposition..errr and then go from here This certainly isnt going to be a short process but hey on the bright side at least I have one win under my belt, Yeah me!!
