Amazon had modified a electronic items refund program. Now you cannot get your money back in amazon. You must prove the damage of items to replace with new ones.
damage in transit I think they will consider and we must prove it then only they may give a replacement and not the money refund, thanks for this update.
Not modified electric items when you are going to purchase a new item you must check their policies for not refunding the money back to you. They will replace the item with the damaged one only but not they wont refund money to you.
