I came across this product a couple days ago while passing the meat section at one of our local grocery stores. The chops were on sale for $2.49 per pound and, since we needed to re-stock our freezer, I picked up a couple packs. The weather was nice yesterday evening so I took advantage of it, fired up the grill and made some of these pork chops for dinner. After having them, I had no complaints. One thing I noticed right away about these chops is they had very little excess fat in them. I've had other pork chops in the past that were nearly impossible to grill because the grease would cause my grill to flame up. That was not a problem with these. The chops (thanks, in part, to me seasoning them) had a good flavor to them and, unlike some other budget-priced meat we've purchased in the past, were very tender. I couldn't quite cut into them with a fork. But, they weren't tough and chewy like so many other pork chops I've eaten. As a result, I can honestly say I was happy with this purchase and will be looking for this brand again in the future.

I always try to buy the Center cut pork chops as they are thinly cut and taste so much better than those thick pork chops. However I very seldem eat any pork so I do not have them often.

We eat more of it than we have in the past. It's usually the only meat I can find for a reasonable price.

@srhelmer If it is what you like and can afford than that is good.

Glad that the pork chops turned out okay.
