Motorola has my phone!

When FedEx came and picked up my phone to ship to Motorola, I made sure I had the tracking number. Nothing like letting go of a phone into the great unknown! Well, the tracking number always came up no working. I had even printed up a second label so I'd be sure to have it right, but it never worked. I was going to called FedEx about it today but I got too busy and forgot.
A little while ago I received an email from Motorola telling me that they have received my phone and they are going to begin working on it shortly. If there's a problem, they will call me. I don't know if I hope they can fix it or just send me a new phone, but I know I hope something is resolved soon.
I really think I hate these new phones.

Hopefully they can fix it. I might have to send my HTC Desire 510 back to Qlink wireless to figure out things. Might try buying a new battery and back cover first though

I was holding my breath! At least I know they have it now, so we'll see what happens. At least I've learned I can live without a smartphone. I only missed it for a little while today while waiting for my ride to bring me home from grocery shopping! lol

They seem to have a shelf life too. Was told this weekend that my top of the line smartphone that I have had for 2 1/2 years was no longer as good as it once was.

I have to say I have never had even one issue with my two iPhones, Apple makes a good product.

A few years ago I had to send our digital camera to Fuji in NJ to be fixed. Like you I was apprehensive about sending it. But within a week they fixed what was wrong and I was able to take pictures once again. Hoping everything works out for you. Have a blessed evening.
