Motorola has my phone!

When FedEx came and picked up my phone to ship to Motorola, I made sure I had the tracking number. Nothing like letting go of a phone into the great unknown! Well, the tracking number always came up no working. I had even printed up a second label so I'd be sure to have it right, but it never worked. I was going to called FedEx about it today but I got too busy and forgot. A little while ago I received an email from Motorola telling me that they have received my phone and they are going to begin working on it shortly. If there's a problem, they will call me. I don't know if I hope they can fix it or just send me a new phone, but I know I hope something is resolved soon. I really think I hate these new phones. -Claudia- image from pixabay

Hopefully they can fix it. I might have to send my HTC Desire 510 back to Qlink wireless to figure out things. Might try buying a new battery and back cover first though

At first, it said I needed to put the sim card in. But the sim card was in. So then they made me wipe the phone. I hated doing that. But even after wiping it, it wouldn't work right. So now they need to deal with it.

No matter if they fix or send you a new one, I hope you will not wait for too long.

I'd gotten an email from them saying they were giving me a new one and that I needed to call them. And when I called them, the guy said they needed to fix it. So who knows what they're going to do. They're all confused! lol

I'm glad it has got where it had to go safely. I guess even with tracking numbers they could still go missing.

I was holding my breath! At least I know they have it now, so we'll see what happens. At least I've learned I can live without a smartphone. I only missed it for a little while today while waiting for my ride to bring me home from grocery shopping! lol

They seem to have a shelf life too. Was told this weekend that my top of the line smartphone that I have had for 2 1/2 years was no longer as good as it once was.

I have to say I have never had even one issue with my two iPhones, Apple makes a good product.

A few years ago I had to send our digital camera to Fuji in NJ to be fixed. Like you I was apprehensive about sending it. But within a week they fixed what was wrong and I was able to take pictures once again. Hoping everything works out for you. Have a blessed evening.
