From a mother's point of view

Being a mother takes a lot of risk, responsibilities, unplanned events, good or bad decision and many more. Doesn't have salary nor overtime pay. But the joy you feel pays all of it. Complete the YOU as a woman.
As a mother, I am more concerned with their future. What will they be if they grew up, will they be the person we wanted them to be or the opposite. We keep on looking for an effective way of disciplining them. We sometimes stumble on a wrong one but recovers again.
Being a mother is also dangerous. Imagine, carry them in your womb for 9 months, give birth to them and takes care of them until eternity. Get scarred if they cry, feel afraid if they are sick.
Being a mother receives the most beautiful reward. LOVE from our children. Love that no matter what happens, stay within our hearts.

Motherhood isn't easy, but it's worth it to see those smiling faces, all the I loves you, hugs, funny stuff they do even the stories they create. I love it ans yes some days I dislike, being a mom and those are the days when in know my children have tested my limits..

Hi there Ahann!
You are right. I completely agree. No one can ever set a standard of what kind of mother makes a good one. There are too many parenting styles, too many learning styles and personalities of children, there are various situations and status in different aspects of life that can affect your way of parenting. A single action can send ripples of effects in your child's life. Still, I read somewhere that you are already a good parent once you start wondering whether you are a good parent or not.

It's one of my dilemma actually, I don't know if I am that effective in telling them how to be a good man.
