I want it to rain! Please rain!
These past few days have been very difficult. I try to position myself in an area where there is enough of a breeze though most of the time, the fan is positioned at me for the rest of the day.
Even with this, it still is very hot and ugh! humid!!

Passed that stage for a few weeks. We had 36-37 celsius temperature. Now it's been raining off and on here for the past 4 days. Soon it will come to your place too.

I sure hope so. I am not asking for a typhoon just rain showers that will relieve the humidity we feel.

@sunrisefan Haha, I hope it stays for a few days though tonight, we had a drizzle.. like a little boy doing a tinkle ... now it only brought more humidity to the area.

@MGjhaud I want to buy a cooler fan but everyone I know keeps saying it's not going to help at all and the cost is twice the price of a regular fan. So what I am thinking is to get another fan - that would mean three fans all in all in the living room

I do and it relieves me when I am about to sleep but during the course of the day, the humidity is a bit unbearable.

High humidity is the very devil. I grew up in a southern coastal environment where the humidity was sometimes higher than the temperature. Yes, that's right. Sometimes it was 99% or 100% humidity (without rain!) while the temp was 90°F or 95°F (32°C or 35°C).
I've since moved northward and I find that lifelong residents here begin to suffer when the humidity rises to a mere 45%. I inwardly smile at this. I'm sure they smile at my wearing of sweaters when the temperature drops below 70°F (21°C).

Yes it is!!!!! I cannot agree with you more and I just watched the news that we should expect higher humidity (yet again) in the next few days
We are planning to move south where the air is a bit cooler. I cannot wait for this to happen.

is it raining in your place right now? Lucky you! It drizzled tonight but rather than provide a breeze, it became too hot that I had to shower and switch the air con on because I am having difficulty breathing.

@Lucky15 there is a bit of a breeze in the morning but when afternoon comes wherein Father Sun is literally out and about, it is sticky.
I don't know now if I want to ask for rain because today, it did rain for a little bit and after that, it got sticky and humid again.

As much as I would want to keep on switching the aircon on, I can't. It's too expensive to do that.

You want it to rain! Please rain! I hope it will rain.
But for me here I also crying, " Don't rain, please don't rain " Every evening is raining and outside is raining too.
This make me lazy to do outdoor activity, my small chicks are suffering colds and can't get out from the cages for fresh air and grasses. Some had gone and some are suffering eyes infection bitten by mosquitoes.
If we can exchange, how nice it is. I give you my rain without any money how the World should be

Oh, I am so sorry to hear about your chicks.
We really need the rain here because apart from the heat, our crops are also dying because of the drought that we are experiencing. In this kind of weather that we have, I don't think you would want to do any outdoor activity. Most of the people here are inside malls or movie houses or places where there is air conditioner. It really is too hot!
I have been in your place before and it really does rain at the strike of 6. I am amazed.

I know what you mean, while it is not humid here right now, when it is humid, the fan does not help very much!! A cold shower is the answer!!

Yes! Though my brother tells me that it gets hot there too? I am not sure if it's as hot as we have been experiencing here.
It says the temperature is 38 degrees C but the heat index is either 41 to 42 (not sure if this is in Celsius).
