Irritating people at work

Does anyone else have a person that they work with that irritates you to the point that you want to pick up your PC and throw it at them?
I do and I'm pretty sure that he's doing it on purpose because surely no one is this irritating.
Just for example, he has asked me where the paperwork that I did yesterday is even though he knows that it's put away in a completed folder at the end of each day. He didn't even go and look in the folder first!!! Then he proceeds to tell me what he's going to do it when he knows that it's no longer anything to do with me once it goes in the folder.
I was talking to someone about some work she was doing and he butted in repeating exactly what I just said.
I stood up and asked people if they were haven't trouble with our system as I couldn't log in and he said "are you having trouble logging into the system?"
He keeps saying "Suzy...don't worry", he's done that about 5 times!
I had to start work at 1pm today so I will be finishing at 9pm, it's common knowledge and after overhearing me talking to our department manager, asks me what time I'm finishing.
No matter what I say, he's done bigger and better.
Am I going nuts?
Suzy

I don't and have not worked outside of my home for almost 3 years now I am filing for disability but I remember when I was working it happened to me so many times with the same employee and I finally stoop up and told them get out of my face and my space!!! The whole call center had had enough! So I was not the only one there! We got called in the office and I told my boss are we in freaking kidergarden here or at a place of employment? I told him I would go home but he sent her home instead and wanted me to stay and the whole call center told him if he was going to let that employee come back we would all quit!
