Any weight loss tip?

I have recently put on weight due to exams.Now I want to shed it but without gyming. Can you suggest me what all I can do to lose weight at home ?

what we do is household chores.. you will have guaranteed walking and weight lifting

Yes this is my sis in law's secret. Shes a stay at home mom and all she did is work at home.. She is fit..

Just drink lemon tea, pineapple too. Min your rice intake. Try to go sauna and swim a lot

Well i tried to just work out at home. I like the videos of fitnessblender. They have amazing and easy work outs that can burn fats fast.. Just check it out. Good luck girl.

Cut down on your food intake. Controlled portions. Walking is also good and you don't need a gym membership to walk.

Eat a lot of fruits and less carbohydrates. Water, drink a lot of water.
