The joy of watching cartoons!

I am generally a TV show fan and I have recently developed a great liking for movies as well. We all know how satisfying it can be to watch a good movie while laying in bed or just binge watch your favorite TV series on a lazy weekend. But recently, I was just surfing through channels on my TV and I casually turned to cartoon network to watch an episode of Tom and Jerry because there seemed to be nothing better on tv that day. It was surprisingly an incredible experience. I really don't know why but I reconnected with my childhood self. Thee was a strange sense of contentment as I sunk into my couch and watched Tom and Jerry back to back. It was as if I had for once been able to completely let go and just have fun. Maybe we should all just watch more cartoons. They are surprisingly enjoyable and have some great themes and jokes(some adult jokes as well!) So yes, I just wanted to share how I felt after watching cartoons probably after 6 years. It just felt great to feel like a child again!! So just sit down, look for your favourite cartoons and watch them.i had a fun time doing so and im pretty sure a lot of you would too! It's however very sad that they don't make such good cartoons anymore. It's almost like good cartoons stopped coming after the 90s. Sad for these kids.
