Hi all... I couldn't post anything last 3 days because I have my final exam in August. So I need to study whole things, learned for 2 years. The problem is my concentration. I can't concentrate these days. I don't know why I can't keep my mind in the same position. After I started to read a book, I can't continue it for even 1 hour. And some physics problems make me wired. Need all your help to improve my concentration. Could you please suggest me some tricks and methods to improve my concentration???

break it up into 30 minute seasons and take a ten minute break go smoke or grab a snack drink bathroom break and come back and then go back to studying. Also break up the study time. A set amount of hours in the morning and maybe some at night. Good luck

The answer is one: Pages Do yourself a list how you would like to get done each day learning While learning the material points you add to yourself and after you can read it Very helpful to incorporate as many learning senses - sight and hearing

Sometimes just keep reading the same over again? I think interested in subject means a lot but not always the case.

My daughters have tried the trick with chewing cinnamon flavoured gum to increase alertness. Apparently it works even better if you can chew the same gum while studying, and then again when taking the exam.It helps trigger memories of studying, I guess.

wow... Thank you. First of all, I need to find whether there are cinnamon flavored chewing gum in our country. I haven't see them before in our country.
