Where there's anger, peace and happiness cannot stay Some of the problems men encountered came through their inability to laugh over the mistake of others and move on. A Wise man knows that the right action against an offence and the offender is to ignore the painful impact such action have caused.

Good advice! Just like fire can destroy a beautiful tree, so anger can destroy a beautiful person.

Anger is powerful negative emotion and nothing good comes out of it. In order to find peace and happiness one must forgive and forget the mistakes of others and not dwell on negativity. I know it isn't easy to let go of anger but it's toxic to the body. I have learned that forgiveness can set you free from the chains of anger.

You are very correct. The first greatest commandment God gave to man from the beginning is " thou shall love thy God with all thy heart and with all thy might. The second great commandment is; "thou shall love thy neighbor as thyself" When there's love, then we can learn how to forgive and forget.

i think anger is necessary to test how far our patience can go. although we should not give in to this negative emotion, we still have to feel this one in order to make our lives better to live and believe in.

I learned to have that principle of not taking things/events so seriously as I said to myself:"It won't kill me!" So why bother so much?

Truly it won't kill you. I know nobody can force me do what I didn't want to do, there's nothing like bother there...

It seems more philosophical than practical... we generally do this with strangers or with people we are not much close... but with whom we share our space( personal or professional) , it is not always possible to ignore mistakes...
