I like to take a bath with epsom salt and essential oils. Sometimes I will light candles, turn music on and just shut the world out for a while. The epsom salt is really soothing and I think I am addicted to using it. They even make specific formulas for stress relief. Otherwise, I find exercise or talking with friends can help me destress.
