what do you prefer in losing weight?exercise or food diet?

before when i try to lose my weight, i just use food diet. just eat little rice with more fruits and no sodas. in 2 months i lost 10kg.

Food diet. Avoid sugar, unsaturated fats and too many calories.

yes i am avoiding sweets, and i eat less rice now. i hope it works for me again

I prefer both exercise and food diet because it's so effective. One can limit calorie intake and the other can burn calories.
