When I am alone or everyone is in bed I am left alone with my thoughts. It all go wild. I start thinking about a millions things at once. Sometimes it is a bit much and I reach an anxiety attack. Then I start getting more panicky because I hate how they make me feel. Like now, alone with all my thoughts and a twitchy eye. So many thing's going through mind. I end up crying because I wish it wasn't like this. .

You are not alone in this. I hate being alone with my own thoughts. I experience anxiety as well. I find that television helps in these situations. It's also nice to socialize on websites like Mylot. It gives me a sense of not feeling so alone.

Practice mindful thinking. Once you are in the brink of a negative thought, banish that negativity right away. It takes a lot of practice but well worth it.
Start with concentrating on your breathing and then introduce a positive thought. It could be anything - a pleasant memory, a funny story, or an inspiring quote - stick with that positive thought and replay it multiple times in your head.
Good luck and hope this helps.

So sorry for that. Well to me, if I'm alon I will just find something to keep myself busy like; watching movies, playing video games, reading novels and others or even playing music those will makes me happy.
