My husband's nephew is still being fed and drinks milk in a baby bottle at the age of 4! And wearing diaper too. And his parents are both nurses!

At the age of 3-5 I had my daughter feeding herself, dressing herself, wiping her bottom, and drinking from a cup. To be wearing a diaper at this age is ridiculous. They need to be doing these things for themselves to teach independence.

@veredra I know people like that and when ask about it they say when the child gets ready they will do it. Umm no, not unless you enforce it and teach it. I started potty training my daughter at 1 1/2 yrs old.

True. But fact is that most of the kids are wareing diapers and you know why? In my.opinion is because parents are lazy.

Very good, but I think it is little bit early for bath alone. May be he can play in the bath while some one is watching him...
