Coping Stress

Stress is the key for you to become sick and maybe develop into cancer. Stress per see can't be avoided in our day to day activities. In my case I usually massage certain points in my body for me to relax and have a peaceful sleep. It's a kind of a routine for me as I grow older. What about you guys how do you destress yourselves share with us your technique here.

@vanities There is a garden nearby.I tend to go there and have a stroll or a walk.

Confident first. Then increase the positive thoughts. If it is no use try some meditation.

@vanities simple sit in a calm place.breath in and breath out excercise .means first close ur oneside nose another side pull into the air.then realise it another side of the nose.

Everything the body does has a reason behind it. Stress is simply the body telling us that we need to do something. To deal with stress I usually: Take a walk Talk to people Deal with the thing causing me stress
