Coping Stress

Stress is the key for you to become sick and maybe develop into cancer. Stress per see can't be avoided in our day to day activities. In my case I usually massage certain points in my body for me to relax and have a peaceful sleep. It's a kind of a routine for me as I grow older. What about you guys how do you destress yourselves share with us your technique here.
