i found it difficult/embrassed to talk about ideas when u work in the company owned by one of ur relatives .as we called "family company" .how to solve this situation,i really want to make a difference!! does anyone meet the same pro?

it is true.only when u make a step! but honestly speaking ,i do not know the boss very well. = ! =~~ i was introduced to this company ..i believe things will change!

would it make a difference if you raise your ideas? or might as well find a job that will let you use your skills and gain more.

thanks for your attention! the company didn't run well .and the boss has no time to manage the company cz he is busy with other business (much bigger)~n some emplyer was called to quit their job, such situation ,i feel lost about myself.
