Sometimes I don't throw them all away, and use them for art projects like papier-mache.

Never heard of a glue-salt mache before. But usually, we use water and glue.

we cut them up to write notes, lists, reminders on them.
or we use the back for printing drafts.
i was told that junkshops prefer to take "white" paper.

they do.. but they also take in colored papers, but for a much cheaper price.
for me, i can even give it to them for free as long as they recycle them. just to save our earth from more destruction :)

very small amount.. philippine peso PHP 1.50 per kilo for colored papers, or boxes of toothpaste, tissue.. PHP 5.00 per kilo for white paper.. but it's better than just throwing them away.

No, we throw them away for my husband hates to see scratch papers all over our place.
