I was so excited about this novel(Lola and the boy next door) as it had very good reviews and amazing rating. But when i read it i didn't find it that interesting and found it rather simple and annoying. This book was a total lead down. For me this novel was overrated, nothing new same old cliché story! Have you fellas felt this way.. like you were excited about something and the result wasn't up to your expectations!?

I have felt this like when I read Fifty Shades of Grey it was so awesome and then I saw the movie...I think Jamie Dorman and Dakota Johnson didn't resemble the Christian and Anastasia from the book...The movie was not upto my expectations...I felt disappointed...Though second part is being made with the same cast...Probably they didn't find anyone else who is ready to do everything the book says...

@singh_prassti Hahahaha I know that feeling...I was in love with Christian Grey too...Read the crossfire series by Sylvia Day if you haven't read, Gideon Cross is better than Grey...

i know right! i actually didn't care about dakota jhonson. But i was truly disappointed by the selection of jamie dorman, he was unable to do justice to the role of Christian grey! The novel was not well written it had many flaws but i fell in love with Christian grey by the end of the trilogy. But the movie was far worse than the novel, i watched the whole movie by fast forwarding it.lol.

Yes, recently I bought a dog vest to wear in the water. It was too big for my dog. I can't use it. I also was disappointed with the seller of the product. As I ordered off Amazon, where I have Amazon prime. I was suppose to get item in two days. But took a month to get to my place.

The novelist is Stephenie perkins! Its is bout a girl lola who is different and different wigs and goudy makeup everyday for school! she fell in love with her neighbour,Cricket Bell ( Just the name makes me think about the insect) who happens to be related to Graham Bell. And the girl is reckless and stupid. And in the end like any other cliché novel they are together and live happily ever after (so dreamy) I read it last year and if u are a heavy reader so i wouldn't suggest you to read this novel. It has goodreads rating of 4 this is what is shocking to me.
