Road accidents...

Who is responsible for the road accidents? So many innocent people get killed in road accidents due to carelessness of others... drunk drivers, over speeding, driving on the wrong side etc... cant we put a full stop to it...?

Corruption need to have fullstop first then only the wrong person will not get license to drive on roads

Rather than corruption only i guess people shld be aware enough to act responsibly...
