I don't know if I mentioned it, but my mom lives 5 hours away and that makes for a very long drive if you have to do it in a weekend. So, yes, right now I'm pretty tired out. I'm not a good traveler at the best of times, but it was nice to see her for the afternoon. Then we turned around and stopped half way home to visit my son and darling granddaughter. We had dinner outside and then she provided the entertainment. She loves to dance and choreographed her own routine to songs that her mom put on for her. I don't think that we ever laughed so hard! She was so serious and at the end of each performance, she would curtsy to her audience. We are definitely going to miss those little shows when we move!!

Little people are so serious about their performances aren't they? I'm sure she was really cute.

10 hours round trip does sound very tiring, but it is worth the moments you get to cherish with your mom and family

Must have been a fine performance! I do not like long drives either.

I hate driving so much, I got rid of the car. I wonder what career your granddaughter might be aiming for!

I love long drives. Perfect time for car karaoke.

You surely had a wonderful time, what a pleasure to have a personal performer at home.
