Hello Friends Now I am doing running and walking since one month. But still it has not affected my body weight at all. It is really frustrating, but still somehow I am doing it because health wise it has give me some benefits like now I am more active guy in compare to past. But still I am confused that why it is not helping me to losing weight. I am even doing dieting too. But still it is same. Can some one explain the reason?

Please stop eating secretly when all are asleep. Last night I saw your kitchen lights were on at 2:30 am. And I missed you... now I know you ran away too far.

@akp100 Try having some honey in warm water early morning. They say it is a laxative and helps reduce weight. Maybe you will have search more about it on the Internet. Seriously, I doubt any diet or dieting helps in reducing weight. It is more about how your own metabolism reacts. ps: I know, I am not the right guy to give out tips on how to reduce weight - I am myself skinny and have been underweight all my life and finally I realized that my constitution will not allow me to gain weight.

@akp100 Some times an endocrinologist could help.

there are many factors.. one of it can be your age? or your family.. if most of your family members are on the heavier side, then im afraid to say that you have to do a little harder

i'm puzzled also because, as you say, you're doing both exercise and diet. maybe you're losing fat, but also gaining muscle mass? it's good to know that this regimen gave you added energy. did it help you sleep better, too?

Not much. My sleeping habits are still same. Just in starting days because of tiredness I got sleep early. Not after that.
