Do you know about the email responder softwares? / myLot

I have been hearing about email responder softwares but have not tried. Any idea about good email responders? I hope you can give some light to this. Thanks

I've tried before it was from my friend I used his software "I forgot the title of the software already sorry for that." so he is using is to deliver mass emails from the email of his employees, and he also use that software for automatically response when someone emailed him.
