Getting Myself in Order

Now that I am retired I am thinking that I need to set up some type of schedule for myself. One that allows for writing, on the sites I am on, finishing my final draft of my book, time with my husband, doing some crafting, and just plain old relaxing.
I think if I don't set up a plan of some type I will become lazy or start running around in circles never accomplishing anything.
So, in my mind, I am trying to decided if I should dole out hours, days, or whatever else I can come up with. I know I need to give myself some time off.
What do you think? Do you just go with the flow or do you parcel out time and plan ahead?

Yes every person should have some plan for his/her retired life. Writing with certain subject is a good decision to pass lazy time. I'm a retired man. I should write something.

Writing in mylot is not sufficient. A retired person gets enough time. He or she can write in other fields also and can utilize lazy times.

I have to set goals for myself or I just lay around. I do plan ahead.

@celticeagle I am the same way. I do have to plan. I am still thinking of planning by the week instead of by the day.

@LadyDuck I am thinking of scheduling hours per week for different activities. So many hours for writing online, so many hours to write on my book, etc. That way I will get things accomplished yet leave open time for other things. I'll have to see how it works.

I go with the flow. I have 4 kids so if I tried to plan everything out I would be in trouble! Lol.

@LovingMyBabies it would be hard to plan with kids to take into consideration. All of mine are having kids of their own.
