Why should one eat garlic every day?

Garlic should be eaten every day.
Garlic is rich in vitamin C and potassium and helps in fighting diseases.
Garlic naturally reduces blood pressure. It does not have any side effect.
It has been proved that garlic fights campylobacter bacterium.
Garlic also fights cancer. It also gets rid of toxins in the body which are harmful. In India garlic paste is made in fish curries, chicken curries , garlic is eaten raw with rice and used in all spicy curries.

oh, garlic taste awful when eaten raw. But when fried, it taste good. But you don't need eat garlic everyday... the smell.

@nomus24g Thanks sumon G there is a funny irony. Any food which itself does not taste good, given on other foods they add taste. I can give one example cucumber eaten raw has less taste. Many people put some chilly powder to add taste. but the same cucumber made with curd in raita tastes very good.

I don't eat garlic everyday and I don't even eat garlic at all.
I get my vitamin C from apples and potassium from bananas.

Yes Kiranji, my mother and wife make garlic and ginger paste for all fish curries and chicken curries. I eat raw garlic also.

Hi use to eat raw garlic every day , but number
One I started to rally smell. I still take garlic every day
But now I cut it up very small and swallow it
Like a pill.I know something happening.I am now starting to breathe easier I am over weight so my next steps is to find foods that burn fat .There was a article about foods that burn fat off the pancreas, just need to get my income up.

My 167/120 doesn't go down as much. I drink pure Vit C sodium ascorbate and garlic is part of my diet. I can see the difference.

I know that garlic has a lot of healthy benefits but I just love the taste of garlic so I eat tons of it anyway.
