I try to focus on eating healthy as often as I can and exercising when I get the chance. I'm not concerned about being skinny, I just want to be healthy.

Hey the problem is not being in shape. All the matter is of only BMI, calculate it and act upon it, never mind of the shape

There are others who becomes anorexic sometimes bulimic because of obsession of being in shape. But for me I want to be healthy and in shape though it isn't easy. Being healthy means watching what you eat. Buying heathy food, vitamins, isn't cheap. I do try to eat healthy being in shape means a lot to me.

I have always been thin but I am not a healthy thin. I rarely exercise and I do not eat very healthy. It is better to exercise and eat healthy then to worry about weight so much I think.

Though I look fit and i'm in shape, I never considered myself as healthy. I know I lack some nutrition that my body needs since I don't eat vegetables.
