Just a while ago, I watch the local news on TV. I am really scared of what I have seen. A man and a woman are walking in the street with a cellphone in her hand. Then a suspect, riding in a single motor, suddenly grab the cellphone of the woman and drives very fast away from the place, leaving them behind, very scared. Another similar incident is also shown on the news. It's not really safe anymore anywhere we go. So be careful.
How's the peace and order situation in your place right now?

Your right, and that's what I always tell to my daughters. Never to bring out their iPhones and jewelry on public places.

nor matter where you live,
when you do !
We need to be careful ! It happen around you, also happen near me.
Go without gold in hand, no lady bag hanging at the neck. Look back when you pull your bag [ money or card may drop]

Wow, that is scarey. I have heard of people keeping a phone that someone has set down for a minute. My niece's son lost his phone. She called it, the person who took it answered it. My niece went off on him with her acid tongue. Told the person that the phone had been reported to the police. The person initially had hung up twice on her. The third time he said he just found it and did meet her to return it.

That's the modus operandi of snatchers riding in tandem on a motorcycle. They prey mostly on people in malls. I know someone who was drag several feet because she refuse to let go of her handbag. She suffered fractured bones in her shoulder and hips. She is a senior citizen.

There was another school shooting today UCLA this time. Two people shot in Baltimore, Man in custody in New York. I could go on and on from just today's events alone. Best practice is to stay alert and enjoy life best one can.

I can also call the victims stupid. They already knew about snatching and the victims are usually texting while walking. Each of us must be sensitive of what we are doing as safe or risky.
