I'm sure that most of us here have experienced sleepless nights because of work and other activities.
I have been sleeping 5 hours a day for the past 7 day and I tell you it really takes a toll on the body and mind.
Right now is the 7th day of the sleeplessness, gotta catch up with work. Oh,How I want to sleep soooo badly!!!
Word of advice to everyone, don't stack the sleepless nights. It really sucks.

I wear a fitbit and that tracks my sleep and even though I go to bed early and I should get 8 hours of sleep, I sleep with a CPAP machine and I know some people say that they sleep so much better with it, umm maybe when I am a sleep, but I wake up a lot with it. I average 4.5 hours a night and usually only every 3-4 weeks I will get 6-8 hours of sleep for 1 night.
I understand, 5 hours is tough. For me, you will see a toll put on my body is when I get a few nights with only 3 hours of sleep each night. I can handle 5 hours, but I have been doing that for 6 years.

You look like a programmer or some technical kind of guy so I understand your work is filled with sleepless nights.
But yeah 3 hours of sleep every night is too much for me :)
