As Zarla stated, there is no referrals here, but the truth is I do not like referrals and to me I would prefer from making money from discussions/comments.

You'll find all that you need to know about the earnings program (and why there is no referral link) in the Earnings Program FAQs in the menu under where you see your earnings.
