Do all diets work?

Well after so much pressure from media images and idols about body weight, women and men both all over the world are keen on losing weight. I tried on losing weight and was looking for drastic changes in my body weight. What I found out from my personal experience was that if you are looking for losing weight 70% is what you eat and 30% is your exercise. If you are looking for long term weight loss results learn to make long term changes in your lifestyle. The famous GM diet or lemon diet or any other diet will only work if you are mentally prepared to eating and living healthy after the diets not only to fit in that favorite pair of jeans but also to live a healthy life. Do you agree that it is only through long term changes can we achieve long term results.

I feel that different diets work better for different people. Personally, I feel that the best diet is to just change what you eat and make sure you exercise frequently. People will focus on a diet for a while until they lose their desired weight and then they go right back to their previous lifestyle and gain all the weight back.

I'm very sure this tip gonna works on you. Why don't you fasting just like the Muslim did. They took breakfast before dawn and have meal after dusk. There will be no eat throughout the day. Try this and see the difference.

Of course, this is the correct way. Everybody knows that. Crash diets have only short term effects.
