She sounds like a kid... You won't believe @Daljinder sounds like a 13-14 year old girl Gasping while talking to me... I was amused, fascinated, shocked, surprised, and extremely happy to hear her voice... Porridge...you sound like a teen... Have you all ever heard a myLotter's voice..and what were your reactions to it?

I have heard a few MyLotters on phone - Shibham, Professor, You, Sreekala, Dr. Viji, Viju and of course, Jaiho and Bhabycatch (I hope I spell it right). Jaiho was the only one who told me that I sound like a kid. I havent asked anyone though. And for sure, there are two on the names above whom I have been lucky and blessed enough to meet in person. And now that your bring it up... let me know how did I sound on...... okay, lets keep it simple... how about... anywhere (Oh, I know, I am no BigB or Morgan Freeman... love their voices)

You do sound much younger than you are...based on your voice I would say around 25 ..Porridge truly teenager.. that too somebody at the lower end of teens. And how did you find their voices..

@vandana7 None of them sounded any close to BigB or Morgan Freeman Seriously, I never bothered about their voices. I am bad at analyzing voices. But that moment, I had only talks on my mind. And I enjoyed talking to them. And thank you for mention 25. It is quite close to what that eye specialist said on my first visit to him. I said, I am 41, and he was shocked. He did not believe me and asked me for a proof. When I went to collect my glasses, I showed him my High School Certificate and he was still confused. He said, I neither sound nor look anywhere above 28 and he seemed to be so convinced....

Lol, I spoke to a few myLotters friends on Skype. I can tell that @purplealabaster has a nice voice but a strong accent. I have not yet installed my Skype phone, but I would be pleased to chat with you to see if I understand you better and to learn you how to say "cognac".

I am not the one with the accent ... Thank you for saying I have a nice voice. You also have a nice voice, even if it is through a thick accent.

Wouldn't that be nice...now I am keen to install Skype...only to hear you say something in French that I can't understand..lol. PA accented..in what sense..American accent? I have heard DE...he once mentioned southern accent is different so I wanted to know how. :) I don't know how to install Skype on my phone for sure...next time sid drops over, he would have to do a lot. lol

@vandana7 I have an American accent. There are different variations to American accents, but I am not sure that someone who is not that familiar with an American accent would as easily pick up on them. I think that most places are a bit like that, though. If I remember correctly, Top has said that Southern French have a different accent than other parts of the country ... or maybe I am just remembering wrong what he said.

I cannot the gasping part and that how is it synonymous to a 13-14 year old. I'm rather curious here. What was she doing gasping away? Training for cross country or marathon?

@vandana7 Yes, I have heard him but he is not the only one. I also heard @1wldngl (and her son, who is adorable!) and James72. I spoke with MysD as well, but I didn't hear her sing. Of course, I have also heard Phyrre, and for some strange reason she tends to sound a lot like me.

Yeah...sort of. If mylot could add that..:) Personally, I am not too sure I would understand accents of many people. :) But I would still like to hear your voices. We tend to get those captions under the movies...so generally, we are able to follow the movies. If those captions are not there, what would be the percentage we would follow is anybody's guess. lol.

@garymarsh6 ...Imagine then, how difficult it would be for us...who are not familiar with any of your accents. And yet, wouldn't it be nice if we could hear each other. :) And have fun deciphering what he or she said. :)

@vandana7 Yes the regional variations in accents are quite diverse in the UK. You may have great difficulty understanding someone from Glasgow as even I can not understand them. In fact if I have to phone a call centre that is based in Scotland I have to ask them to put someone on who speaks English as I can not understand them at all!
