If you truly want to be able to sleep at night, it's a matter of changing sleeping habits. Sometimes I can't sleep too during midnight more than likely I have something on my mind or just not tired. I think it helps when you find ways to get really tired at night anything that gets you to burn off those extra energy. A friend of mine online suggested a hot milk, or even just using eye mask to cover the eyes. Reading a book does work for me.

You need to tucker yourself out. Try a work out routine. I used to have a hard time sleeping. In high school I joined the wrestling team. When you are as warn out as you can be there is no keeping your eyes open. You might be tired mentally but not physically.

before I had my baby I used to do some kickboxing but after I gave birth I stop doing it because I am afraid the stitches inside is not yet cured (i gave birth through CS) maybe when he is around 18 months i'll try to do that again.
