Good Morning at 12:30 PM!

I had one of those nights where I just couldn't sleep no matter how tired I was. I tried everything. I listened to relaxing music, I paced the apartment, and I laid in bed, trying to relax. Nothing worked. I didn't fall asleep until after 3:30 am, so here I am waking up at 12:30 and feeling like it should be morning when it clearly isn't. lol Half my day is gone and I'm sure my sleep schedule is going to be messed up for a while. It's a good thing I don't have work until 2 o'clock today!

Count sheeps or chant Ram-Ram1, Ram-Ram2 & so on till Ram-Ram108 you will sleep sound after doing this

I couldn't sleep well when I was younger myself. Once I got into high school and joined the wrestling team that all changed. You can't keep your eyes open if you tire your body out. It'll clear your head from all the thoughts and the only thing you will think about is how good the workout burn feels. Try running before bed. It sounds goofy because that gets the blood flowing, but you'll have a fast cool down period. Especially with a nice warm shower. If you already workout then just try a quick jog around the block at night.
