Do you edit your comments?

Sometimes I do edit my comments when I realize it didn't make sense or if I made a typo.

Always. I find I've responded to the question and then have to go back and comment on the post. Sometimes my head just isn't attached. Then there are the stupid typos I make that I miss or I miss a word and the comment doesn't make sense, so yes, I'm always editing.

I only correct grammatical and spelling mistakes when I see them. I dislike when somebody modifies a comment to tell something different than in the original comment, especially when I had commented back.

Not suspicious, conscientious perhaps? An edited comment can put a discussion threadinto a different context, which can be confusing.

I edit typos in my comments. It's one of those areas where I'm a bit OCD.

I only edit them when I realize I made an error or I needed to add something. I don't do it often though.

Lots of times..almost every second comment is edited, re-edited, and re re edited. lol

No so far i didn't edit my comments but If I want to write further then I will add one more to it.

I do . After submitting and reading it , if i find that i have omitted some words that is essential to make the post clear or have some typos , i edit it .

What do I think? Suspicious? Really? I'm surprized at the amount of paranoia on this site. For example, I deleted my history of posts for a reason I've yet to give except to say that's my decision. A member wrote a post specifically addressed on that issue stating that members that do that should not be trusted. Not be trusted? OMG. Everything you do will be questioned by someone else I guess. Yes I do - I can't bear seeing my mistakes, no matter how long ago I made them. Why would anyone think that suspicious? I certainly don't alter the meaning of my comments.

Several times actually. Sometimes I miss a word in hurry and then typos. And sometimes I forget to add something or something will occur to me later on.

Sometimes I will. There are times when I want to add something after I hit the respond button, or I want to change something.

I have been doing it most of the time. Aside from coherence, I usually have this problem in tense consistencies. If I will not edit what I found wrong in my response, the reader will not get my message clearly. I think it is better to edit it than leave it erroneous.

Well, YEAH! LOL! myLot expects us to edit our comments to other people! If they didn't expect us to edit, there wouldn't be an edit button on every comment we write! Now, I do try to remember to write Edit: and give the reason for the edit, since it does notify the person that they have a new comment from you to read. That way nobody thinks there is a glitch in the system or thinks I am deleting comments I made to them! We do have some very paranoid people writing on this site! Not explaining why they keep getting tagged without a new comment to show for the tag makes them very suspicious! And funny, too, when they get mad about all the tags with no new comments!

After submitting if there is some mistakes or misspells in my or others attention there will definite edit.

I don't think I've ever edited a comment.
