How do you provide your body with enough vitamin B12? I am not full time vegan as I still consume eggs, but would be glad if someone share some tips on getting enough vitamin B12

@rootlesserer yes too much b complex in body increases hunger. and you eat due to that effect. so best option is increase moving activity.

I take Vitamin B complex, but I do not take it every day. I take it 3 or 4 times a week, and only when I can remember. I think that is still better than taking it every day, because it will make me hungry, and I will yearn for sugary food.

@rootlesserer There are people not taking it at all, and they are still alive.

@rootlesserer If you ever find a 'British food' shop (and they have them in many places for expats) you will surely find Marmite. I have a friend with a food shop in Slovenia but I think she's too far away from you.

You are so right, but I do not get it enough from leafy greens and nuts and I do not consume milk. I am trying to become full time vegan, but really failing for now. Thanks anyways
